Julie Kudlich

Julie Kudlich has been self-employed as a funeral celebrant in Zurich and the surrounding area, including both shores of Lake Zurich, since 2020. She trained as a foreign language correspondent and completed a degree in education at the universities of Vienna and Salzburg, specialising in mediation, counselling and intervention. She trained as a funeral celebrant at the Zentrum für Trauerbegleitung und Lebenshilfe in Dresden. In a detailed preliminary conversation, in which several people may also take part, she forms a picture of the person who has died. From this comes a speech that shows their personality with strengths and weaknesses and, on request, also honours matters of faith. She leads the funeral ceremony, accompanies the relatives to the grave and arranges music where needed. She gives speeches in German and English.
