Jürg Fassbind

Jürg Fassbind has worked freelance in Bern since 2016 and accompanies people and organisations through processes of change and transitions. He is a qualified specialist in rituals and often combines individual coaching with rituals; in mandates for organisations too, he includes ritual elements on request. He has accompanied people through change since 2012, initially as a leader of men's seminars. Since 2022 he has been a course leader at the Lassalle-Haus. Before that he headed the Kompetenzzentrum Arbeit of the City of Bern and various specialist departments of the Stiftung Berner Gesundheit. He studied Swiss history and political science and obtained a Master's degree in organisational development at the University of Vienna. His book on rituals in teams and organisations was published in 2025. He reflects on his work in supervision and peer consultation groups.
