Stephanie Holdener

Stephanie Holdener is an independent wedding speaker from Steffisburg in the Berner Oberland. After training in nursing she studied theology and worked as a wedding planner and event manager. Today she devotes herself entirely to weddings. Because of her theological background she designs ceremonies either with or without reference to faith, as preferred. She speaks Bernese German, Standard German and English. The collaboration begins with an introductory conversation, after which the couple has two weeks to think it over. This is followed by a questionnaire and a planning conversation, on the basis of which she writes the wedding speech. One month before the date, the details of the proceedings are clarified in a final conversation. The wedding ceremony lasts 30 to 45 minutes, the speech no more than 20 minutes. She coordinates with the other service providers, is on site two hours before the start and brings a loudspeaker, microphone and standing table.
